This includes timely attention to urgent repairs and maintenance. You can notify JMBenson of your maintenance requirements by completing our Rental Maintenance Form.
• Urgent Repairs - Please contact your Property Manager directly for a quick response.
• Household Contents Insurance - Tenants' possessions are not covered by the property owner's insurance policy and we can refer tenants to insurance companies who can advise them on the type of cover that is best for them.
• Lease Terms - It is the responsibility of the tenant to advise the agent of any change in the tenancy situation such as one tenant moving out or another person moving in. If you wish to end the lease, we will advise you of your obligations and charges that may apply.
• Rental Payments - A lease is a legally binding contract and it is important for the rent to be paid in accordance with the terms of the tenancy agreement.
